1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DailyWealth (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Lemoa Connect Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and publisher of DailyWealth.

2. What DailyWealth Does

DailyWealth is a personal finance management app for Android that lets you:

Track income, expenses, savings, investments, loans, and financial goals.
Monitor your real-time net worth and financial health.
Optionally sign in with Google to back up and restore your data to your own Google Drive account.

The App is local-first — all financial data lives on your device unless you explicitly enable the optional Google Drive backup.

3. Google Sign-In & Google Drive Access

        DailyWealth requests access to your Google account solely to enable the optional cloud backup feature.
        Specifically, the App requests Google Drive file or app-specific data scopes only to save, sync, and restore
        your manually created financial database backup files to and from your own Google Drive storage.
        We do not access, collect, read, or share any other data from your Google account.
        Your Google credentials are never stored on our servers.
    

Authentication is handled entirely by Google’s OAuth 2.0 infrastructure.
Backup files are stored in your own Google Drive, under your full ownership and control.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account Permissions page.
Revoking access disables cloud backup but does not affect locally stored data on your device.

4. User Responsibilities

By using DailyWealth, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful, personal finance tracking purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Take responsibility for the accuracy of all financial data you enter.
Maintain the security of your device and Google account credentials.

5. Your Data & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into DailyWealth. We make no claim over your personal financial information.

Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: your data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

6. No Financial Advice

DailyWealth is a tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, tax recommendations, or legal counsel. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

DailyWealth, including its name, logo, design, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lemoa Connect Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DailyWealth is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemoa Connect Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data or financial records — arising from your use of or inability to use DailyWealth.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Sign-In and Google Drive, which are subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Optionally sign in with a Google account to enable cloud backup and restore of financial data to their own Google Drive storage.

The App is designed as a local-first application. All financial data is stored exclusively on your device unless you explicitly choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature.

3. Google Sign-In and Google Drive Access

        DailyWealth requests access to your Google account solely to enable the optional cloud backup feature. Specifically, the App may request access to Google Drive file or app-specific data scopes solely to save, sync, and restore your manually created financial database backup files to and from your own Google Drive storage. We do not collect, read, access, process, or share any data from your Google account beyond what is strictly required to perform this backup and restore operation. Your Google account credentials are never stored on our servers.
    

When you choose to sign in with Google, the following applies:

Backup files are stored in your own Google Drive account under your ownership and control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lemoa Connect Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of financial records, or financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use DailyWealth.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google services (Google Sign-In and Google Drive) subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

11. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue DailyWealth at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to DailyWealth at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Locally stored data on your device remains accessible until you uninstall the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Lemoa Connect Solutions operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
